Are Purple Pupa's prices in CAD funds? TOP
Yes! We are a Canadian company therefore you will be charged in Canadian funds. The price you see is the price you pay. (Plus shipping, if applicable).
What are my payment options? TOP
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal through Paypal's secure checkout system. You don't need to have a Paypal account. For credit card payments simply go to the checkout. This will take you to the Paypal page, however do not sign in, instead simply click on the credit card of your choice shown on the left side of the page. It's that simple. We then get the email notification that you have paid and ship your order. Next, we will email you a confirmation that your order is on its way. We also accept email money transfers which can be done directly through your online banking. This method is simple to use and extremely secure. Should you wish to use a different method of payment, other than the ones mentioned, we can surely make arrangements. Please send us an email to payments@purplepupa.com and we will try to accommodate your request.
When will I get my order? TOP
Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped out the following business day. Some exceptions include "out of stock" items. In cases like this, we will contact you immediately. However, if the item is listed on the website, then it should be in stock.
What is the shipping cost? TOP
Shipping within Ontario is a flat rate of $7.00 for purchases up to $174.99 (before taxes). However, if your purchase is $175.00 or over (before taxes), then the shipping is on us!
Shipping outside of Ontario, but within Canada is a flat rate of $14.00 for purchases up to $174.99 (before taxes). However, if your purchase is $175.00 or over (before taxes), then the shipping is on us!
Shipping to the USA is a flat rate of $17.00 for purchases up to $248.99 (before taxes). However, if your purchase is $249.00 or over (before taxes), then the shipping is on us!
Shipping to the rest of the world is a flat rate of $46.00

How is free shipping calculated? TOP
Free shipping is calculated on the entire total of your order. For example, You may have $380 worth of product selected in the checkout, but of course we always have great sales that could bump that order to below $175. The shipping is calculated on $175, before taxes at the checkout.
Does Purple Pupa accept returns or exchanges? TOP
Yes, we offer a full refund on merchandise that is in its original state and has not been worn or used. The tags must still be attached and all original packaging in perfect order. Please contact us prior to returning your items so that we may send you proper return shipping instructions. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for sending the merchandise back within 10 days of receiving the products. Sale items are final. Exchanges are permitted, however, the customer is responsible for shipping charges. Will Purple Pupa accept special orders? TOP
Absolutely!! As long as you are requesting an item from one of the clothing lines offered by Purple Pupa, we will be able to place your special order with that company, provided that your requested item is in their stock. Also, if there is an item that interests you, but we are sold out, or we simply didn't carry it, please email us at customerservice@purplepupa.com and we will be more than happy to place your order at no additional charge providing the manufacturer is still offering the item. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks for delivery.
Will Purple Pupa ship to the USA ? TOP
Why Not? Of course we will. (with the exception of ZOLO toys by Kushies) Shipping is $17.00 CAD flat rate for shipping to the US or free over $249. The customer is responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.
What if I have 2 coupon codes for 2 different sales? TOP
Unfortunately, only one coupon code can be used per transaction. If we have a promotional sale which requires a code, then any additional promotions are not applicable. However, if we have already discounted items on the site, you are still eligible to enter a promotion code at the check out for additional discounts.

Do I have to pay taxes on my goods? TOP
Great news!!! only a few items are taxable such as shoes over $30, toys and accessories. This tax is included in our price and submitted to the government on our behalf.
